by accessing or using furreel, you agree to be bound by these terms of service and our privacy policy. if you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.

you must be at least 13 years of age to use furreel. by using the service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. if you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. you agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.

you must not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account. notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

ownership. you retain ownership of the content you create and upload to furreel.

license. by uploading content, you grant furreel a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform.

content rules. all content must feature animals or be pet-related. content must comply with our community guidelines. we reserve the right to remove content that violates these rules.

you agree not to:

• post content that does not relate to animals or pets
• harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• spam, use bots, or engage in artificial engagement
• upload content that depicts animal cruelty or harm
• impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• attempt to access other users' accounts or private data
• use the platform for commercial solicitation without permission

the furreel name, logo, and all related branding, designs, and software are owned by furreel and protected by intellectual property laws. you may not use our branding without written permission.

furreel is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

to the fullest extent permitted by law, furreel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

we may modify these terms at any time. when we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. continued use of furreel after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
